Na zijn tijd met de invloedrijke garagerockband The Music Machine, sloeg Sean Bonniwell een andere weg in met de soundtrack voor de obscure actiefilm Day of the Wolves. De muziek is een eclectische mix van rauwe funk, sfeervolle jazz en de onheilspellende spanning die perfect bij een thriller past. Bonniwell creëert een instrumentale score vol gruizige grooves en filmische landschappen, zoals te horen is in nummers als ‘Funky Wolves’ en ‘Wolf Jazz’. Deze opnames tonen een compleet andere, maar even boeiende kant van de legendarische frontman.
